TransferLink provides a financial network infrastructure that enables partner institutions to process cross-border payments. Our services are provided to licensed financial institutions and money transfer operators.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available only to licensed financial institutions, money transfer operators, and other regulated entities. By using our services, you represent that you have the necessary licenses and authorizations to operate in your jurisdiction.
4. Partner Obligations
As a partner, you agree to:
- Maintain all required licenses and regulatory approvals
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Implement appropriate KYC and AML procedures
- Maintain the security of your API credentials
- Report any security incidents promptly
5. Fees and Settlement
Transaction fees and settlement terms are as agreed in your partnership agreement. All fees are subject to the terms outlined in your specific contract with TransferLink.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TransferLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
